• Dispute Resolution: In case of ownership disputes, MarketerPanel reserves the right to determine the rightful owner based on available information. If we cannot ascertain the rightful owner, we may suspend the account until the parties resolve the dispute. Any outstanding payments are the responsibility of the determined owner(s).

3. Billing and Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: All Services require upfront payment before activation. We do not offer credits or refunds for services not performed, including situations where services are suspended or terminated before the end of the service period.
• Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and ensuring timely payment of all invoices. Services are provided on a prepaid basis, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods is a violation of these Terms. We may report such activities to relevant authorities and financial institutions.

• Prohibited Conduct: Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespect towards MarketerPanel staff or other users will result in immediate account termination.
• Content Removal: We may remove any content that we deem unlawful, offensive, threatening, or infringing on third-party rights, at our sole discretion.
• Sample Content: Any sample materials provided within the Services (e.g., terms of service templates, product descriptions, images) are for demonstration purposes only. You are responsible for customizing this content to meet your legal and business requirements.
• Client Content Responsibility: We are not liable for content uploaded by users of our Services. Any legal issues arising from such content should be addressed directly with the user responsible.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following actions:

• Illegal Use: Do not use the Services for unlawful activities or purposes beyond their intended scope.
• Inappropriate Content: Avoid publishing content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates any intellectual property rights.
